Chef Steffen Eisenmann and his colleagues look forward to pampering guests with seasonally oriented meals. Other than the normal dishes of delicate fish and meat, fresh salads and small appetizers complete a creative daily changing menu. The dining room’s comfortable atmosphere is a great place for people associated with the university and their guests to meet and enjoy the delicate cuisine. It is a perfect place for quick break from hectic everyday life and conveniently located in the middle of campus.
