Willkommen in Freiburg! Das Studierendenwerk Freiburg und das International Office der Universität Freiburg begrüßen mit dem Welcome Dinner alle internationalen und deutschen Studierenden der Freiburger Hochschulen zum Sommersemester 2025. Im Bistro der Mensa Rempartstraße erwarten euch ab 18 Uhr leckere Speisen aus aller Welt - natürlich "all you can eat!" für nur 8 €, solange der Vorrat reicht! Ihr könnt bei der Veranstaltung Mitglied werden im Internationalen Club. Der Mitglieds-Ausweis ist ein Semester lang gültig und kostet nur 2 €. Außerdem könnt ihr euch am Infostand über die Angebote des Studierendenwerks Freiburg, des Internationalen Clubs und vieler anderer informieren.

Ab 20:30 Uhr beginnt dann in der MensaBar das Semesterstartkonzert mit der Live-Band „Monday Funk“. Beim Konzert ist der Eintritt frei.

Welcome to Freiburg! The Studierendenwerk Freiburg and the International Office of the University of Freiburg welcome all international and German students of the Freiburg universities to the summer semester 2025 with the Welcome Dinner. Delicious dishes from all over the world await you in the bistro of the Rempartstraße canteen from 6 p.m. - of course “all you can eat!” for only € 8 while stocks last! You can become a member of the International Club at the event. The membership card is valid for one semester and costs only € 2. You can also find out about the services offered by the Studierendenwerk Freiburg, the International Club and many more at the information stand.

The semester kick-off concert with the live band “Monday Funk” will then begin at 8.30 pm in the MensaBar. Admission to the concert is free.
